Truly a good upgrade to the VOIP

With many advancement in today‘s technology, one of the most significant I think would have to be the development of SIP Trunking as an upgrade to the VOIP services.  VOIP is short for Voice Over Internet Protocol, or for a short explanation, allowing you to make a voice phone call over the internet directly towards phone numbers anywhere, be it a landline or a mobile phone number service. But the limitation to it is that it is purely voice. But with the help of the new SIP trunking, it allows you to get over the voice protocol and be able to do even video, instant messages, and a whole lot more things possible. This is currently being used by most Call center companies worldwide because it allows for faster connections to clients and potential customers, and it can even move whole services to a different location quite fast and easily.

Remember, these days it is BPO and outsourcing in general that is helping a lot of economies stay afloat. Thanks to the number of jobs it has generated in a whole lot of countries, it has spurred improvements in most societies. On top of this is SIP trunking and its means. I myself am able to appreciate this system which allows my own business to improve efficiency. It has allowed my company to cost cut by removing the accessory phone lines, and then improve the quality of communication in between offices and our clients in a whole. People who do not work in offices may not understand this, but this can be a good driving force for the businesses these days. It is called unified communication as per online banter, but it has proven to be a very efficient tool as of to date. I think it is okay to say that this is real technological advancement for our improvement.

Network Printing – have an account and enjoy the facility

An ordinary printer becomes capable of network printing when the same is connected to a network of computers and is made accessible from different computers. When the users have multi computers in their home or office and do not require a printer for each computer this method of printing is the best option for them. For those who require this facility it is very easy to avail the same. In order to print from the computer that has its printer connected to the network the user must have credit on his account with the service provider. Users can purchase credit using debit cards or credit cards. Since unused credit cannot be reclaimed the users may avoid purchasing excess credit. The users can view their credit and debit history from their printing account. This facility also enables the users to track the usage as well as check the payments.

Setting options

The users of the network printing facility can make their payments at pay-stations that are kept at various locations. From the screen of the Pay Station the customers can get the instructions to credit their account. The printing is done on both sides of A4 black and white. Those who want to change the size to A3 or make it single sided or want to change the color may select the print properties accordingly thereby altering the default settings. The changes must be made prior to feeding the content for printing.

Easy-to-follow procedure

Whenever the user wants to print a document his print content is sent to the print queue. The prints will be available for collection up to 4 hours. The users can collect their prints from the particular location. In case the print is not collected within 4 hours it may be deleted automatically and in such cases the user will not be charged. Once the content is printed and the print is collected from the user his account with the network printing company will be debited. In order to collect the print the customer should log in to the printer by entering his username and password pertaining to his account with the service provider.
